Meet Mike & Alyssa Rogers

MIKE ROGERSOwner -Trainer
Mike brings more than 20 years of experience working with horses and has had the opportunity to learn from accomplished trainers throughout Ohio. His background spans multiple breeds and disciplines, with experience developing young horses, driving horses, and performance horses.
Known for his thoughtful approach and ability to recognize each horse’s individual strengths, Mike takes pride in developing horses with confidence while helping riders continue to grow and achieve their goals. Alyssa RogersOwner- Instructor
A lifelong Morgan horse owner and enthusiast, Alyssa brings her passion for horses, riders, and the equestrian community to every part of
Rogers Equestrian Center. An experienced instructor for both beginning and advanced riders, Alyssa focuses on building confident, capable horsemen—not simply teaching students how to ride. Her attention to detail, love of showmanship, and commitment to her students help riders develop the skills and confidence they need both in and out of the show ring. |
Haley ClarkRiding Instructor
Haley’s love of horses began just before her eighth birthday, and by age 14, she had ridden her first Morgan horse and quickly fell in love with the breed. She began teaching at just 16 and has continued to share her passion for horses and riding with her students ever since.
Haley especially appreciates the unique personalities and versatility of Morgan horses and enjoys using those qualities to help each rider grow. Her approach to teaching focuses on the individual, helping riders build their skills, confidence, and connection with their horse while working toward their own personal goals. For Haley, no two riders—or horses—are exactly alike, and that’s what makes teaching so rewarding. |
